1. Information we may collect from you
We collect and store information about you to provide services you have requested, to administer your account, perform
financial tasks on your behalf and, if you agree, to communicate with you about other products and services.
This information is collected when we complete a new customer form and each time we process your financial services.
Such information will include your name, address and contact details, national insurance number, government gateway
numbers, tax IDs and other financial data personal to you and your company to comply with the law.
We will also retain details of transactions you carry out with us via an invoice, the fulfilment of your orders, your choice of the
services we provide and of the various options in relation to them.
We may also collect login details (usernames and passwords) to your financial systems and records to enable us to perform
the services you request from us together with details about your family, lifestyle and social circumstance, employment
details, recording of CCTV footage in and around our offices.
